It’s the holidays in East Texas. The A/C is cranked down. The Old Ladies have decorated the clubhouse with care, hoping big bearded men will adorn them with gifts.

Heart Set on You is the third novel in the steamy and addictive Bennett Family series!
He’s a Hollywood heartthrob – sexy, talented and a total player (I’ve read the tabloids). And me? I’m a small-town girl who knows better than to fall for America’s hottest bachelor.
That is, until an unforgettable chance encounter in the rain makes me re-think everything I thought I knew about Miles Bennett. Maybe he’s worth the risk after all.
It turns out there’s a lot more to Miles than the gossip rags let on. Yes, he’s drop dead gorgeous, but he’s also funny, sweet and thoughtful. And the really crazy part? He could have any A-list actress, but he wants me.
But despite a picture-perfect, whirlwind romance, the truth is our lives are still a world apart. His skyrocketing career means his home is in L.A. while my responsibility to my family is calling me back to the farm where I grew up.
Am I destined to lose the only man I’ve ever really wanted? I soon realize that taking a chance on love is the easy part. Holding on to it is a whole lot harder…
A small town, friends-to-lovers, full length romance featuring a swoon-worthy Hollywood heartthrob, a country girl with a past and a happily-ever-after.
Lily Miller writes sweet, sexy, contemporary romance about relatable couples with heroes and heroines who fall in love, stumble along the way, and ultimately find their HEA in the end. And there’s always steamy and swoon worthy scenes in between. She calls Vancouver, Canada home, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, you can find Miller with a book in her hand on her boat in the sun.
She is mine to protect–always. He is untamable–until he isn’t.
Alessia’s life isn’t much of a life, not anymore. She’s been kidnapped, promised, sold, abused, rescued, and now lives with the Nasty Bastards MC. She stays out of sight, a fly on the wall, trying so hard not to attract any attention whatsoever.
The man who does see her knows what he wants… maybe.
Scuba lives his life one way and one way only–his way. His family is his club. The only thing he’s serious about is the club. He’s wild and free, but when he sees Alessia, he knows that there is something more to her than meets the eye. She intrigues him–consumes him.
When Alessia is given a choice for her future, Scuba takes that choice away and claims her for himself.
Twenty years old, and her life is in ruins. Completely and totally ruined. At least that’s how it feels. She’s penniless, jobless, a single mother with a car that is on its last leg—rattling its way into the mechanic garage.
She runs toward a stranger in an effort to save herself.
Bowie only cares about partying, cars, motorcycles, and the club that he calls family. He doesn’t do complications and especially doesn’t do relationships. Free and easy is the way he lives his life, and he likes it like that.
When she walks into the mechanic garage, the entire club turns upside down.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. The review below is only my opinion.
When I read the book description, it sounded awesome. I didn’t realize it was part of an MC series as I hadn’t read this author before.
I have mixed feelings about this story. For the most part, I loved Luella and Magnolia. I did wish Luella would stand up for herself a bit more, but with her past, her behavior was understandable. Magnolia was adorable and I truly loved seeing her settle into her new family.
Bowie is… typical for this genre. While I loved the way he wanted to protect Luella and Magnolia, some of his behavior wasn’t something I would personally put up with. Had I been in Luella’s shoes, I’d have kicked him in the balls.
I know some readers love cheating and club girl drama in MC romances. I’m not one of them, but if those two things are your cup of tea, you’re going to love this book.
There’s action, drama, and love in this fast-paced romance. If you’re looking for a gritty, raw biker romance, go grab a copy of Ruin My Life.

Kata Čuić lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and three teens. No one told her life was gonna be this way. She holds a degree in Linguistics with a minor in Religious Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Her plans of becoming a pediatric neurosurgeon were foiled by OChem 1. Fortunately, she’d been making up stories in her head since the days of her imaginary friend, Choosy. Putting pen to paper, er—fingers to the keyboard—came surprisingly naturally after her aforementioned teens decided it was time for them to cut their respective cords.
Kata writes everything from angst-filled YA series to standalone rom-coms and has been known to dabble in a bit of paranormal on the free stories section of her website. She believes nice guys shouldn’t have to finish last (except in the bedroom where she prefers an alpha between the sheets but a gentleman in the streets), and that the surest way to a woman’s heart is through laughter and food.
