My Review

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. The review below is only my opinion.

When I read the book description, it sounded awesome. I didn’t realize it was part of an MC series as I hadn’t read this author before.

I have mixed feelings about this story. For the most part, I loved Luella and Magnolia. I did wish Luella would stand up for herself a bit more, but with her past, her behavior was understandable. Magnolia was adorable and I truly loved seeing her settle into her new family.

Bowie is… typical for this genre. While I loved the way he wanted to protect Luella and Magnolia, some of his behavior wasn’t something I would personally put up with. Had I been in Luella’s shoes, I’d have kicked him in the balls.

I know some readers love cheating and club girl drama in MC romances. I’m not one of them, but if those two things are your cup of tea, you’re going to love this book.

There’s action, drama, and love in this fast-paced romance. If you’re looking for a gritty, raw biker romance, go grab a copy of Ruin My Life.

I was born and raised in California. My husband and I met when I was just 16. We were married a few years later, we lived in Oregon while he was in the US Coast Guard.
