MY REVIEW – 4 1/2 stars

I’m enjoying the Battle Crows series, although I’m starting to miss the KPD guys. This was a nice addition to the series.

Shine is tough yet gentle when it comes to Iris. He’d do anything for her. The way they meet starts out funny and quickly turns into an “oh crap” moment. Thankfully, Shine is there to get her to safety.

I enjoyed both characters and the overall storyline. I did feel like the ending was a bit rushed. There’s major action toward the end of the book, and while the build-up to it is incredible, once that moment happens it’s a mad dash to the end. At least, that’s how it felt for me. I did like the epilogue, and I’m eagerly waiting for the next book.

In all, it was a great read. If you want action, drama, romance, and a bit of humor, then you can’t go wrong with Make Me Your Villain.
