Did you always know you wanted to be a writer?
No, I have a whole secret life. Writing is one way to destress from my day job.
What factored into your decision to write contemporary romances? Do you write other genres as well?
I’ve written paranormal/horror, but my main jam is suspense/action.
Can you tell us a little about your writing process? What goes into your typical workday?
My typical writing process is plot first, then fit in where I can get in. Whenever I have a minute I’ll write to loud music.
What is the scariest thing you face as a writer and how do you handle it?
The scariest thing I face as a writer is that no one will get the story or what I’m trying to convey with my characters.
When you decided to become a published author, did anyone give you advice along the way? Do you think it helped?
Somewhere I read, “No one wants to read your shit.” The advice had to do with beta readers. Free words and words people have to pay for hold different meaning.
Your new book sounds intriguing! Tell us a little about your hero in Hard Knox.
He’s an arrogant football star that everyone will fall in love with … I hope!
